QR Yoklama is a student app that connects to attendance systems operated by universities in their own environments. This notice explains the app's data flow and why each type of information is used.
Veri SorumlusuData Controller

The student's university is the data controller for account, course, and attendance data. That data is processed on the university's on-premises server. Stack Eleven operates only the central catalog that provides institutional connection details such as university name, logo, and API address.

- Kimlik bilgileri: Üniversite tarafından tanımlanan ad, soyad ve öğrenci numarası.
- Cihaz kimliği: Hesabı tek bir cihazla eşleştirmek için kullanılan anonim tanımlayıcı.
- Hassas konum: Yalnızca yoklama sırasında sınıfta bulunmayı doğrulamak için kullanılır. Sürekli veya arka planda konum takibi yapılmaz.
- Cihaz güvenlik sinyalleri: Yoklama sırasında root/jailbreak, emülatör, sahte konum ve geliştirici modu kontrollerinin sonuçları değerlendirilir. Ham sinyaller saklanmaz; bunlardan üretilen risk puanı yoklama kaydıyla ilişkilendirilebilir.
- Yoklama kaydı: Katılım tarihi, saati ve doğrulama sonucu.
- Kurum kataloğu: Üniversite adı, kısa adı, şehir, logo ve API adresi. Kurum kodu yalnızca ilgili bağlantıyı bulmak için kullanılır.
- Teknik hata kayıtları: Merkezi katalogda bir hata oluştuğunda güvenlik ve süreklilik için IP adresi, istek zamanı ve hata bilgisi en fazla 7 gün tutulabilir.
- Identity: The student's name and student number, provided by the university.
- Device identifier: An anonymous identifier used to pair the account with one device.
- Precise location: Used only during check-in to confirm classroom presence. The app does not track location continuously or in the background.
- Device security signals: Results of root/jailbreak, emulator, mock location, and developer mode checks are evaluated during check-in. Raw signals are not retained; a risk score derived from them may be associated with the attendance record.
- Attendance record: The date, time, and result of the check-in.
- Institution catalog: University name, short name, city, logo, and API address. An institution code is used only to locate the relevant connection.
- Technical error logs: If the central catalog encounters an error, the IP address, request time, and error details may be retained for up to 7 days for security and service continuity.
KameraCamera
Kamera yalnızca QR kodu taramak için kullanılır. Kamera görüntüsü cihazda işlenir; kaydedilmez ve cihaz dışına gönderilmez.
The camera is used only to scan QR codes. Camera frames are processed on the device and are neither stored nor transmitted.
Reklam ve İzlemeAdvertising and Tracking

The app contains no advertising, third-party analytics, or marketing tracking. Data is not sold or shared for advertising.
Saklama SüresiData Retention
Yoklama kayıtları, ilgili üniversitenin akademik mevzuatı ve veri saklama politikaları doğrultusunda üniversitenin sunucusunda tutulur. Merkezi katalog öğrenci hesabı veya yoklama kaydı içermez. Katalog hata kayıtları en fazla 7 gün sonra silinir.
Attendance records remain on the university's server for the period required by its academic rules and retention policies. The central catalog contains no student account or attendance records. Catalog error logs are deleted after no more than 7 days.
